DATE: 10/15/2026
Our Values took center stage during another edition of Our Culture Week, an initiative that brought together Nova Infra Invest teams from Brazil, Panama and Peru through a program designed to strengthen the principles that guide the company’s activities. Held under the theme “Culture that Transforms,” the initiative engaged employees in activities, challenges and moments of reflection that encouraged the practical application of corporate values in everyday work.
The program was designed to reinforce the importance of organizational culture as a key element for people development, sustainable results and the building of relationships based on trust, collaboration and respect.
BRAZIL
In Brazil, employees participated in a series of activities dedicated to Our Values. Through daily email communications, the initiative encouraged everyone to reflect on how these principles are present in day-to-day activities and contribute to building the company’s future.
One of the highlights of the program was the Cultural Challenge, which promoted integration among participants through missions connected to the company’s values. The activities encouraged the exchange of experiences, teamwork and reflection on behaviors that strengthen the organizational culture in a practical and engaging way.
Another key moment was Culture Cinema, held across all three countries. The initiative provided a space for connection and learning, using videos featuring Norberto Odebrecht as inspiration for discussions about attitudes, purpose and values in the workplace.
The program also included a breakfast gathering to close the week. With the participation of Paulo Melo, Nova’s LN; André Rabello, DS Brazil; and Oscar Salazar, Head of People, Planning and Finance, employees in Brazil had the opportunity to discuss the week’s key learnings and reflections.
PANAMA
In Panama, Concesionaria Madden Colón celebrated Our Culture Week through activities designed to reinforce the organization’s values and encourage employees to reflect on how they contribute to strengthening the company’s culture. One of the featured initiatives was the Cultural Pathway, which shared emails and videos from Norberto Odebrecht containing reflections and messages about corporate culture and the practical application of company values.
Another highlight was the Values Wheel, an interactive activity that allowed employees to explore each corporate value, exchange experiences and discuss how they put these principles into practice.
The week concluded with a Morning Coffee Gathering attended by the concessionaire’s Director and Managers. The event served as a space for dialogue, allowing employees to share experiences, exchange ideas and reflect on the company’s culture. During the closing ceremony, participants were also recognized for their engagement and contributions to the employee survey. Customized cups featuring the company’s values and the Great Place to Work (GPTW) seal were distributed to celebrate the organization’s second consecutive GPTW certification.
PERU
In Peru, the program began with the “Culture Cookies”, which shared messages inspired by the company’s teachings, and with the launch of the first episode of Nova TV, where employees who embody the Group’s values were recognized through interviews conducted by their colleagues.
Among the week’s highlights was the “Culture Walk,” a journey through different stations that offered an immersive experience into the company’s history and the meaning of Our Culture’s values, encouraging reflection and knowledge sharing among participants. The activity was complemented by the Values Wall, a collaborative space where employees recognized attitudes and behaviors in their colleagues that reflected the organization’s principles.
To conclude the week, the “Our Culture Roundtable” brought together Erika Villacorta, Director of People & Organization, Finance and Communications; Jimmy Aizprua, Engineering Manager; and Carina Blanco, General Manager of IIRSA Sur. During the discussion, the speakers shared experiences and insights on how the values of Our Culture extend beyond the workplace and become guiding principles for decisions, relationships and actions in everyday life.
Our Culture Week reinforced the role of every employee in building an environment where values are put into practice every day. Through conversations, shared experiences and integration initiatives, the program strengthened connections among teams across different countries, reaffirming a culture that guides decisions, develops people and creates a positive impact in the communities where Nova operates.
