Seal contemplates the Best Companies to Work For

Rota do Oeste Concessionaire continues undefeated in its third year winning the certification that includes a Great Place to Work (GPTW). The seal recognizes the companies’ commitment to five pillars: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride, and Comradeship. At Rota, all those pillars are worked on a daily basis.

Rota do Oeste has well-established principles and values to ensure good coexistence among employees and to promote the development of the professional career of each one of the 700+ direct employees. As a result, 89% of employees responded positively to the GPTW survey questionnaire and the company’s score was higher than that of 2021.

The result shows that all sectors that make up Rota do Oeste Concessionaire are in line with the institutional values, promoting an environment encouraging everyone’s development. The survey was answered spontaneously by 666 employees who were encouraged to be completely honest in their answers, pointing out the ups and downs of their daily work. Thus, Rota do Oeste seeks to further improve the environment in an assertive way.

In 2022, in addition to a score higher than in 2021, even with a similar number of employees as in the previous survey, the Members’ engagement in the survey was also high. This also shows that employees feel confident in expressing their opinions, with the assurance that their contributions will be respected and welcomed.
