With the goal of strengthening our culture and addressing the improvement opportunities identified in the Great Place to Work survey, Nova Infra Invest’s Concessionaire Madden Colón members participated in the ropes workshop “All Aboard: One Boat, One Team.”

During this experience, participants engaged in activities that challenged their ability to coordinate, build trust, and support one another. Each challenge provided an opportunity to reflect on the importance of positive attitudes and the impact that individual contributions have on achieving collective goals.

The facilitator emphasized the value of self-reflection as a tool for personal and professional growth, encouraging participants to recognize their strengths and areas for improvement, fostering the development of each team member and the team as a whole.

More than just a recreational activity, this workshop became a space to strengthen relationships, reinforce the importance of effective communication, and reaffirm that when everyone rows in the same direction, we achieve results that benefit the entire organization.
