Terra Dourada Parque Camaçari is launched with sales success
This Saturday, 15 May, OR launched the Terra Dourada Parque Camaçari residential lots development, in an event at the sales stand located at Centro Comercial Nascente do Capivara, next to the land where the condominium will be built. It should be noted that the event was held following all health and safety protocols in the face of Covid-19.
Out of the 212 lots put on the market, 150 were sold this weekend. A success that goes beyond the expectations for the first days of sales. According to Daniel Sampaio, Superintendent Director of OR in the Northeast: “In the inland cities of Bahia a very strong culture of horizontality still prevails, with the preference for lots and houses. In this context, Terra Dourada Parque Camaçari is a complete product that offers safety, comfort, a lot of green, and the recognized quality of OR. We knew it would be a success, but we were positively surprised by the great demand already in the first weekend.”
Terra Dourada was thought to be a model of condominium lots to be taken to various parts of the country. The project built in Camaçari will be the first in this line of real estate products combining the comfort of a residential house with the security of a private area and attractions that positively influence the quality of life of its residents.
With the General Sales Value (VGV) of R$ 27 million, the construction of the condominium should generate approximately 110 direct jobs, besides moving the entire civil construction production chain in the region, such as the manufacturing of materials, transportation, and logistics, provision of services, among others.
About the enterprise
Terra Dourada Parque Camaçari will be a condominium of lots with 67,426 m² of total land area, with 20% green area. It will have 418 plots of 109m² to 120m², of which 212 were launched in this first phase. OR will make available to customers four projects pre-approved by the Municipal Government to provide greater convenience to customers regarding the construction of their future homes. Namely: ipê house (with 41,24m² and 2 bedrooms), Ipê house adapted for people with disabilities or reduced mobility (with 41,45m² and 1 bedroom), Pitanga house (with 82.48m² and 4 bedrooms) and Aroeira house (with 67,97m² and 3 bedrooms).
The project was conceived seeking the best use of the extensive land. The common areas will be distributed throughout the condominium, so that all residents have a social area close to their homes, as well as having the Club centralized, to facilitate access for everyone.
Counting on a wide space for common areas, the condominium structure includes equipped places seeking to bring even more comfort to the residents, such as: pet structure (Pet Park), party room, kids area, gourmet area, adult and children’s swimming pool, a shared bike system available to residents for exercise and outdoor rides, bike rack, gym and fitness space for open-air exercise, and a soccer field with a 408-m² natural grass lawn.
Other highlights are the linear parks Folhas (Leaves) and Raízes (Roots), the parks are geared towards leisure, family fun, relaxation, and appreciation of nature, with hammocks along its extension, integrated with nature. The areas are an invitation to enjoy the contact with nature, outdoor activities, and a routine that can contribute to the residents’ well-being and quality of life.
