OR will soon launch, in Caminho das Árvores, the tallest tower in Bahia.

Conceived by Novonor in the 1970s, Caminho das Árvores was the first planned residential subdivision in Salvador and considered one of the greatest contributions of the private initiative to the city.

The neighborhood was already ecologically correct at a time when sustainability was not yet a watchword – five thousand seedlings, chosen according to technical and landscape criteria, were planted in its avenues and parks. Living proof of the group’s pioneering spirit and vision of the future.

Today, Caminho das Árvores stands out as one of the noblest residential neighborhoods in the capital of Bahia. Located close to the main shopping and leisure centers, with several tree-lined spaces for coexistence distributed along its famous boulevards, the neighborhood has several reference conveniences such as supermarkets, hospitals, schools, hotels and restaurants.

OR returns to Caminho das Árvores bringing innovation and exclusivity through its biggest launch, Legacy (“legado” in English).
