OR Receives the Top of Mind Salvador 2026 Award

OR has once again earned recognition from the people of Bahia as a benchmark in the high-end real estate market. Last Tuesday (12), the company received the Top of Mind Salvador 2026 Award in the High-End Real Estate Developer category during a ceremony held at Cerimonial Conceição da Praia, in Salvador.

This marks the 12th time OR has received the award and the third consecutive year in which it has been the most remembered brand among consumers in Salvador in this category. Representing the company at the event were Daniel Sampaio, OR’s Superintendent Director in Bahia, along with professionals responsible for different areas of the business.

Now in its 31st edition, Top of Mind Salvador is one of Bahia’s most prestigious brand awards, recognizing the companies most remembered by consumers across various segments. The results are determined through a survey conducted with residents of Salvador, following statistical criteria and an audited methodology, reinforcing the credibility of the award.

The recognition reflects OR’s strong presence in Salvador, with landmark developments such as Legacy, located in Caminho das Árvores and winner of the award for Best High-Rise Development in the Americas at the International Property Awards, and Monvert, located in Horto Florestal, the first residential development in Brazil to achieve EDGE Advanced certification, in addition to receiving the Gold-level IPTU Verde certification granted by the Salvador City Hall.
