OR awarded with Top of Mind Salvador 2019 in the houses and apartments construction category

At a time when the quality and safety of one’s own home has been much emphasized, being a reference in these matters has immeasurable value. And that was exactly OR’S achievement, awarded with the Top of Mind Salvador 2019 in the Houses and Apartments Construction category, in a restricted award ceremony held on October 15.

The award, which is in its 25th edition, aims at to provide companies with recognition due to their positioning with the consumer.
The OR Business Leader, Eduardo Pedreira, points out that the award only demonstrates the success of the company’s work methodology, based on designing sustainable projects, that prioritize both the comfort and safety of their client.

Caution in the current scenario
OR is also concerned with the well-being of their workers, at all scales, adopting preventive measures guided by the competent health bodies, to reduce the spread of Covid-19 during this time of social distancing in force in most part of Brazil.
While the administrative sectors are working remotely, outside the office, construction sites are adopting strict hygiene and people circulation measures.

In addition to the performance in the sector, the recognition is also motivated by the projects focused on Social Development. The company seeks to positively impact the surroundings of their developments. Among the projects supported is “Casa Tupinambá”, Which aims at to strengthen the culture of straw braiding, positively impacting the work of artisans in Vila Sauípe, a community located on the northern coast of Bahia, near the Sauípe Reserve, one of the company’s development.
