Novonor holds first meeting of the Group’s Communication Committee

April was marked by the resumption of Novonor Group’s Communication Committee, which took place on the 18th, in a hybrid format – in person and online -, at Inovabra habitat, in São Paulo, chosen in line with the main theme of the meeting: Innovation in Communication.
The 1stmeeting of Communication professionals in the history of Novonor brought together 34 participants, including members from all Businesses, Auxiliary Companies, Norberto Odebrecht Foundation, holding and partners.
For Guilherme Abreu, Responsible for People, Communication and Organization at Novonor S.A., the resumption of the committee integrates and makes one proud. “It is a great opportunity to create synergy, integration and alignments, which also ensures the strategic vision of communication linked to the Group’s positioning”.
Guilherme Abreu opened the event in a talk with Roberto Bischoff, Business Leader – BL – at Ocyan, about the importance of communication in business strategy, highlighting what we are and what we practice. In his speech, Bischoff emphasized the relevant role of communication with all stakeholders, highlighting creativity as a fundamental input in what he called “communicating in a strategic and different way.”
Then, consultant and guest speaker Cláudio Cardoso talked about Innovation in Communication and the importance of intangible assets in the value of brands. The event also featured a presentation of the 2022 political-electoral scenario by Marcelo Tokarski, director of FSB Comunicação, and a case on Braskem’s sponsorship of Lollapalooza, conducted by Ana Laura Sivieri, director of Communication and Marketing for the Business.
The Committee’s resumption and the programming of the first meeting were co-created by the communicators from previous meetings with the holding’s Communication team.
In a survey carried out after the event, 92% of the participants approved the first meeting, with emphasis on the presentations by Braskem and FSB, in addition to the location where the eventwas hosted.
