Our Values in action at OR

In order to put into practice and further disseminate the values of Our Culture, at the beginning of 2022, OR developed the concept of giving pins for the members to hang on their badge strings, symbolizing each of the values.

The pins are being distributed in different ways, through actions promoted by the company to encourage the practice of Our Values. The “Values in action” action is one of them and aims to recognize members who are putting these values into their daily lives.

Through a form, each member had and will have, every month, the opportunity to nominate another member to receive one of the pins that most represents them within the company.

At the end of each month, all responses to the form will be evaluated and 5 members will be chosen to receive, by the person who nominated them, the pins according to the values assigned to them.
