  • 2nd phase of Terra Dourada Parque Camaçari is delivered in Bahia

    With 100% of the work on its second phase already completed, Terra Dourada Parque Camaçari has just received the “Habite-se Total”, a document issued by the city council which proves that the construction of a property follows all the rules established by legislation and is now ready to receive its residents. For Daniel Sampaio, OR’s managing director in Bahia, the delivery of the development consolidates the company’s commitment to its clients and confirms the project’s success in sales and the excellent reception by the city of Camaçari.

    Terra Dourada Parque Camaçari had its first phase launched in May 2021 and its 212 plots were sold in their entirety in just 20 days, an unusual success in the market that brought forward the launch of the second phase to September of the same year. The development has leisure spaces integrated with nature and fully equipped common areas, seeking to bring even more comfort to residents, such as a pet park, party room, kids’ area, gourmet area, leisure pool, soccer field, bike rack, gym and fitness area for open-air exercises.

    One of the highlights of the development is its location, which offers practicality and comfort for those who work at the Petrochemical Pole, as its strategic location close to the city center, in the already consolidated Bairro Novo, makes it easy for residents to travel quickly to work and back home.

    “Faced with the current scenario, many workers have opted to buy properties just a few minutes away from work and an example of this is Terra Dourada Parque Camaçari, located just six minutes away from the industrial center, which is one of the largest job generators in the country. The time spent commuting for those who work there, for example, will be significantly reduced,” says Daniel Sampaio.

    Surrounded by an infrastructure that enables direct contact with nature, in 13,000 m² of green area and more than 60,000 m² in total, Terra Dourada was designed to provide the security and privacy of a gated community with a 24-hour monitored gatehouse, as well as integrated leisure spaces, such as the shared bicycle system for exercise and outdoor walks.

    “Several associated advantages marked the purchase of the available plots in record time, such as the proximity for those who work in the industrial center, the delivery of the development with all the infrastructure and urban landscaping, brand recognition in the square, the appreciation of the square meter after construction, as well as the flexibility of direct financing with the developer, among others,” adds the executive.

    For him, developments such as Terra Dourada Parque Camaçari further encourage the development of the neighborhood, such as the widening and doubling of Avenida Jorge Amado and the construction of a new campus for the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), and boost the generation of new services and the transport network, bringing positive impacts to the entire production chain of the construction and real estate market, which is growing rapidly in Camaçari and the region. The residential area already has essential services for its future residents, such as schools, pharmacies, the Boulevard Camaçari shopping center, the Federal Institute of Bahia (IFBA) and the General Hospital.

    Bairro Novo

    Bairro Novo – already established as a residential neighborhood – is driving the arrival of new businesses from various sectors due to its location near the city’s commercial centers, which provides convenience in everyday life. In addition to this, the works to duplicate Jorge Amado Avenue have widened access to the neighborhood, increasing the value of properties in the area, which allows customers to build for housing or rent.
