With 100% of the work on its second phase already completed, Terra Dourada Parque Camaçari has just received the “Habite-se Total”, a document issued by the city council which proves that the construction of a property follows all the rules established by legislation and is now ready to receive its residents. Terra Dourada Parque Camaçari had its first phase launched in May 2021 and its 212 plots were sold in their entirety in just 20 days, an unusual success in the market that brought forward the launch of the second phase to September of the same year.
