OR wins two awards at the 24th edition of ADEMI-BA awards

The 24^th Real Estate Company Managers Association of Bahia (Ademi-BA) Awards were held on July 25 in the city of Salvador. The event was held at Palácio Rio Branco at the Praça Municipal in Salvador. OR won awards in two categories: Real Estate Project, for D’Azur, and Company of the Year.

According to Eduardo Pedreira, Managing Director for Northeast at OR, the awards recognize and strengthen the work of companies. “The real estate market needs two ingredients: credit and employability. We are going back to a scenario of credit supply and interest rates are dropping, so I believe the prospects for next year are bright. These awards show society all that our companies have been doing,” he added.

Winners in other categories were:
– Gráfico Empreendimentos, for Duo Residencial das Hortênsias, in the Affordable Real Estate Project category;
– MRV, for Solar de Vilas, in the Real Estate Launch – Affordable Project category;
– Concreta, for 535 Barra, in the Real Estate Launch category;
– Prima, as New Company of the Year.

According to the chairman of Ademi, Cláudio Cunha, the prospects for the sector are positive. He said that the awards are one way of celebrating progress and of pointing to new avenues.

“Since 2014, the awards have become more significant and important, as the Brazilian economy went through a period of instability and, consequently, of more difficult times for entrepreneurs. And so, entrepreneurs who today are competing for the honors demonstrate the strength of the real estate market in Bahia, as well as its ability to overcome challenges and its innovation,” he said.
