OR wins land in Vila Nova Conceição, São Paulo

It’s no exaggeration to say that Vila Nova Conceição is one of the most attractive neighborhoods to live in São Paulo. The neighborhood is surrounded by schools, universities, hospitals and shopping malls, as well as parks and squares that allow for outdoor physical activities. Among its greatest attractions are its proximity to Ibirapuera Park and the luxury shopping centers of JK Iguatemi and Vila Olímpia. Ideal for living, working, shopping and enjoying refined bars and restaurants.
Last month, OR won a plot of land located on Rua Bueno Brandão, in Vila Nova Conceição, where it will launch, later this year, a project with 35 and 69m² units still in the development phase, an excellent opportunity to live or invest.

According to Bernardo Cunha, head of New Business at the São Paulo regional office, “OR is recognized in São Paulo for its work in the corporate and high-end residential markets. With the market for corporate developments slowing down a little, we turned our attention to residential developments and last year we presented Baume Itaim, with apartments from 219 to 277m² located in Itaim. With the acquisition of the land on Rua Bueno Brandão, we are following our strategy of focusing on neighborhoods with the most valuable m² and which are objects of desire for our clients.” In the Itaim region, OR already has a project underway, Inspira SP, a Built to Suit* corporate building, which should be completed by the end of 2024.

This achievement is yet another sign of OR’s recovery in the state of São Paulo, which now has another development to launch in the state.
