This Saturday, June 19^th, OR successfully launched the Verano, a residential development with 4 towers, which marks the continuity of OR in Reserva do Paiva, the first 100% planned neighborhood in Pernambuco and developed by OR.

For the launch, the commercial team in Pernambuco prepared OR’s sales space to meet brokers and prospects who have shown interest in the enterprise. Customers who signed the contract on the day had the opportunity to spin a roulette wheel to compete for special prizes offered by OR.

The launch of the development was divided into two phases. The first stage, held this weekend, contemplated 104 units put on the market and reached the number of 74 units sold, which corresponds to 72% of the units. According to Victor Amadheu, leader responsible for the performance of OR in Pernambuco, the launch exceeded expectations: “It was a success. The product was very well accepted by the market, meeting OR’s expectations. We are already planning and evaluating the launch of the second phase.”

It is important to reinforce that all visits were scheduled and conducted following all health and safety protocols to prevent Covid-19 transmission.

The development has four residential towers with a total of 208 units of 97m². In addition to being located in front of Parque da Lagoa and overlooking the lagoon and the sea, one of the project’s greatest differentials is that it was developed in such a way that all of its apartments have a definite view not only of the sunrise, but also of the sunset.
