OR Hub brings regionals together to shape OR’s Strategic Direction

Last week, OR experienced a moment of connection, learning and alignment during the OR Hub, an annual meeting that brings together regional leaders to shape the Strategic Direction for the next three years.

Each regional shared its achievements, challenges and goals, as well as strategies to further strengthen OR’s presence in its markets, promoting a collaborative approach to collective success.

The DSs of each regional office, Rodrigo Melo, Pedro Pessoa and Daniel Sampaio, presented the business scenario in each of the states where we operate. Ricardo Passos, responsible for the Economic Segment, also shared the objectives and next steps for this segment, and Victor Bolonha, responsible for New Digital Business, presented the news, challenges and goals he wants to achieve in the coming years.

OR’s People Director, Bruna Fonseca, spoke a little about the area’s figures and purpose for the coming year and then LN, Eduardo Pedreira, presented OR’s evolution, acknowledged the teams’ efforts in the achievements of recent years and emphasized important points for his direct reports to reflect in the development of their PAs for 2024.

The meeting had the special participation of partners and strategists from XP Investimentos, who presented the Brazilian economic scenario, talked about the real estate market and brought up important points that further enriched our vision for the coming years with regard to the economy in Brazil and the world.

Participants also had the privilege of absorbing valuable insights during João Cordeiro’s talk on Accountability. His expertise brought a new perspective on the individual and moral responsibility of each member in relation to their deliveries, strengthening our commitment to excellence in all areas.

In addition, the members took part in a dynamic session that provided us with clarity and inspiration to implement significant improvements in all areas of the OR, so that 2024 surpasses the achievements and results obtained this year.
