Today, July 3, the Armindo Dias Overpass, which crosses Anhanguera Highway on the Campinas-São Paulo stretch, was inaugurated. In addition to facilitating access to the Royal Campinas complex, the overpass also will alleviate traffic on Avenida Prestes Maia by providing an alternative route for drivers accessing the city of Campinas and the highway in both directions.

The overpass was built by OR in a partnership with Royal Palm as one of the considerations for approving the Royal Campinas multiuse complex, which includes the rencently inaugurated Royal Palm Hall Convention Center, the four-star Royal Palm Tower Hotel to be inaugurated in August this year, the Contemporâneo Hotel in the economy segment (under constrction), a mall with a food court and convenience stores (under construction ) as well as office towers to be built in the future.

“We are very excited to deliver yet another major project and to contribute to the development of this important business center, the Royal Campinas” said Bruno Scacchetti, executive officer at OR.
