OR delivers first phase of Reserva Sauipe project

On Saturday (8), OR held, on the northern coast of Bahia state, a party to commemorate delivery of the first phase of Reserva Sauípe, a residential subdivision project. The project was delivered ahead of schedule and, to commemorate, 250 people, including customers, team members and partners, attended the event.
In addition to celebrating, the event also was an opportunity for customers to meet with OR’s partner suppliers, who can help them design their new summer vacation homes. OR also offered customers the sale of suppression kits, fencing and kiosks (electricity, water and gas consumption meters) for their units.

In this first phase, 126 residential lots were delivered, with another 132 lots scheduled to be delivered by November 2020 in the second phase.
