DATE: 02/19/2018
Last Friday (16), OR held the delivery meeting for four residential towers in the Cidade Viva multiuse complex, which is OR’s first project in the ABC region of Greater São Paulo. In all, 580 customers attended the event.
Cidade Viva Residencial, which has a potential sales value of R$500 million, consists of four residential towers with 625 units with either two, three or four bedrooms and areas of 70, 88 or 120 square meters. The project has a spacious leisure area with a swimming pool, fitness room, sports court, playground, gourmet/party space, game room, barbecue area, sauna, spa, massage room, women’s space, toy room, pet care services and more. The project also includes a commercial condominium and shopping mall.
“With Cidade Viva, OR consolidates in the ABC region the concept of multiuse complexes, a model that we already have implemented successfully in other cities where we operate. These projects aim to reduce travel time by integrating home, work, shopping and leisure,” said Márcio Branco, Chief Development Officer at OR.
Firmly committed to the development and well-being of the communities surrounding its projects, OR also revitalized the 15,000-square-meter square Praça Galdino Ramos da Silva, which is located in front of the complex. Given the improvements to the region that it brought, Cidade Viva was the first project in the ABC region to receive Aqua Bairros certification from the Vanzolin Foundation, which is conferred to projects that promote full integration with the surrounding and encourage sustainable socioenvironmental development and quality of life in local communities.
“The park open to the general public, which was inaugurated in the first half of 2016, was designed by renowned architect and landscaper Benedito Abbud. People can use it to walk, run, have picnics and or for other leisure and sport options,” said Márcio Branco.
