DATE: 12/07/2023
With the aim of meeting the daily needs of the public in Salvador (BA) who live mainly in and around Horto Florestal, Alameda Vert is about to start operations in November.
The shopping center, which was designed and built by OR, will bring even more comfort to the region’s residents, with segments such as convenience, services, food, beauty salons, men’s and women’s fashion, among others. With innovative architecture and wide corridors, its 18 stores, ranging from 25 to 33 m², face Waldemar Falcão Street, maintaining the concept of the initial project of prioritizing the connection between the internal and external areas, providing the best user experience.
“The project’s connectivity with its surroundings begins with the name of the shopping center, which refers to a vertex, a meeting point between two or more curves, edges or straights,” explains Daniel Sampaio, OR’s regional managing director in Bahia.
Salvador’s first street mall also has a rooftop, a living space where a new restaurant will be opened, guaranteeing leisure time for families and a meeting place for friends.
Alameda Vert will have parking spaces for its customers with a charging station for electric cars, as well as bike racks and a central courtyard integrated with Estácio Gonzaga Square, one of Horto Florestal’s main landmarks.
“Alameda Vert reflects OR’s commitment to contributing to the development of the neighborhoods in which it operates, making them more complete and ecologically attuned to the future and the behavioral trends of the new generations. Always striving for the best customer experience, this development adds to the benefits already delivered with Monvert, one of the neighborhood’s new residential references, and to those of the developer’s other residences in the region, such as Reserva Albalonga, Chácara Suíça, Bosque Itália, Vale do Loire, Monvert, among others,” says Daniel.
In addition to rationalizing the use of natural resources throughout construction and taking great care of the environment, Alameda Vert also features some of the main sustainability trends in use today, such as selective waste collection, LED lighting and a rainwater reuse system.
For Daniel Sampaio, OR has stood out as one of the companies with the largest number of green developments in Brazil, receiving seals and certificates for its environmental and social commitment in the real estate market.
