OR concludes sale of three corporate towers in multiuse complex in São Paulo

OR sold the project for three corporate towers at the Parque da Cidade project to Hemisfério Sul Investimentos, closing a negotiation that started in April. After the due diligence procedure, the agreement established that the acquirer will maintain the original characteristics of the project, such as its corporate orientation, sustainability principles, six restaurants on the ground level, integration with the linear park that surrounds the entire multiuse complex and the construction schedule, with delivery slated for the first half of 2021.

Parque da Cidade é a multiuse project composed of five corporate towers, one office tower, a shopping mall, a hotel and two residential towers. The office tower and one of the corporate towers have already been delivered, and construction of another corporate tower, the shopping mall and the hotel is nearing conclusion. The project was one of the first in South America to be certified Leed nd (neighborhood development) by the Green Building Council.
