OR | Baume Itaim holds meeting for brokers

Last week, OR held a meeting for the brokers of its partner real estate agency, Bossa Nova Sotheby’s, to introduce them to OR’s upcoming launch in São Paulo, the Baume Itaim, marking OR’s return to the São Paulo market. The event featured a breakfast and its main purpose was to present all the attributes of the project to the invited brokers so that they can start “warming up” their client portfolios.

The meeting was held at the Baume Itaim sales stand and was attended by João Roberto Balan, director of the partner brokerage. The event began with the LN, Eduardo Pedreira, and the DS of São Paulo, Rodrigo Melo, welcoming the guests and expressing gratitude for their partnership. Next, Rachel Perdigão, responsible for Sales and Marketing, and Beatriz Bertho, responsible for Development in the São Paulo region, presented in detail all the attributes and unique features of the project.
