Structured to promote continuous learning, the program will have four stages, involving the formation of pairs, mentoring sessions, complementary development actions and a continued individual development plan.

Female representation has been increasing in the OEC in recent years. Today, 12% of the total members are women. Among leadership positions, the rate is 13%, a number that should increase as the program evolves.
