Dealing with conflicting or unethical situations in the work environment can happen to anyone. But what to do when it occurs?

To guide members on how to address such issues, the Odebrecht Engineering and Construction Compliance Team launched the Open Dialogue campaign around the world. The campaign reinforces the importance of all members being attentive to compliance issues and encourages an open dialogue.

“Compliance is a matter of importance to all members and will drive our future success. The company understands that in business around the world there are many external challenges that must be faced, that must be understand, that must be addressed, in the right way” says Mike Munro, Chief Compliance Officer at Odebrecht Engineering and Construction.

To clarify any doubts, questions, dilemmas or to talk about compliance issues, Odebrecht Engineering and Construction members may count on experienced professionals dedicated to understanding and work through difficult situations in the right way, for the right reasons. The leader, as well as the compliance and P&O teams are prepared to provide the necessary guidance.

Mike adds further, “Never hesitate to open a compliance dialogue as Odebrecht will not tolerate any form of retaliation against those who do – we are all in this together, and through transparency, ethics and integrity, we will succeed”.
