    IIA Brasil awards OEC for Internal Audit campaign

    OEC won the IIA May Brazil 2022 award, an initiative promoted by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), world entity in the Internal Auditing area and represented in Brazil by the Instituto dos Auditores Internos do Brasil (IIA Brazil).

    During the International Internal Auditing Awareness Month, which takes place in May, OEC presented the activities and best practices in the area. Members in all countries where the company operates received weekly communications with information about the work performed by Internal Audit. On social medias, exclusive content was created for the OEC’s followers to also learn about the importance of the team as a strategic partner in the day-to-day work and support teams.

    “The team receives this award with great joy,” celebrated Luciana Secaf, Internal Audit Leader at OEC, “we are proud of the work we have produced in recent years and will continue to support the company on the path to excellence.”

    The ceremony to honor the winning companies will take place on September 11 and 13, during the 42nd Brazilian Internal Auditing Congress (Conbrai 2022).


    Rodrigo Vilar presents reflections and advances on the OEC and Novonor’s reputation journey at Comunicação SA program

    In a very candid interview broadcasted this Wednesday (13), Rodrigo Vilar, Communication and Marketing at OEC and Novonor, shared on Comunicação S/A the process of rebuilding the image of the two companies in the last years. To detail this effort and the results achieved so far, Rodrigo talked to journalist Marco Antonio Rossi.

    During the conversation, the implementation of the current governance model and the company’s market moment were also highlighted. Recent actions such as the new OEC Connection podcast, as well as the positive sentiment in the companies’ social media were addressed and brought reflections on OEC’s new reality.
