Odebrecht participates in the LEC´s 12th International Compliance Congress

On June 10, 11, and 12, 2025, was held in São Paulo the 12th International Compliance Congress, organized by LEC (Legal, Ethics & Compliance).

Recognized as the most relevant event in the field in Latin America, the event brought together thousands of professionals from the public and private sectors to discuss the main challenges and innovations in ethics, governance, and compliance.

Bruno Brasil, Global Director of Compliance and Internal Audit at Novonor Group and Odebrecht, participated in the “LEC Talks – The Path Back to the Market after Corporate Scandals,” where he spoke about the repositioning of companies involved in major scandals. Using real examples and organizational culture analysis, Bruno presented the transformation journey that established Odebrecht’s Integrity Program as an international case study, highlighting the cultural and structural advances of the organization.

In the panel “The Mind Behind the Rule — How to Implement Compliance Programs Based on Behavioral Sciences,” Gabriel Cabral, responsible for Culture, Communication, and Integrity Training at Odebrecht Engineering & Construction, discussed the application of behavioral sciences in compliance programs.

Odebrecht’s participation in two high-visibility panels consolidates its role as a reference in compliance beyond reinforcing its commitment to promoting a culture of integrity in the engineering and construction sector.
