Odebrecht figures once again in LoveMondays ranking!

The study measured the general satisfaction in 2017 of companies with over 500 employees and with more than 50 evaluations registered

We’re recognized as one of the most desired companies to work for! That is how various team members at the Group and professionals who have worked with us in the past classified Odebrecht on LoveMondays, Brazil’s largest platform for evaluating companies based on opinions published spontaneously and anonymously.

The 2018 ranking was announced this week, with Odebrecht remaining in 14th place, unchanged from last year. Also featuring in the ranking was Braskem, which went from 31st in the previous survey to fifth place this time. “This recognition reinforces the fact that our most important asset is our people and that believing in the potential of each one allows us to offer development opportunities,” explained Juliana Fernandes, head of Recruiting and Development at Braskem.

This is the third edition of the survey, which each year highlights the 50 best companies evaluated on its website. In 2018, Odebrecht scored 4.21 out of a total of 5.0 points. Note also that 92% of the people who evaluated the Group said they would recommend Odebrecht to a friend. “Being recognized during such a challenging moment as a company admired by its current and former employees leaves us very proud and reinforces our responsibility to keep building a workplace that promotes career opportunities, people recognition and well-being,” said Cristiane Giansante, People director at Odebrecht S.A.
