Ocyan is a Great Place to Work

Ocyan scored 72 out of 100 in the trust index in the 2019 Engagement Survey and was therefore certified as a great place to work by the Great Place To Work Institute, a renowned consulting firm that helps companies leverage good practices in their management.

The GPTW seal is one way of recognizing companies that have done a good job and, with it, their chances of attracting better talent, bringing innovation and ensuring sustainability is greater. Note that this score was attained based on our team members’ responses to the survey. The survey findings are being analyzed together with the leaders in order to evaluate and address opportunities for improvement at all environments in Ocyan.

To grant this seal to a company, Great Place To Work basically evaluates the relationship of trust between leaders and team members. The methodology consists of five dimensions: leadership credibility, respect for people (concern for the person and not just the professional), fair treatment, pride (sense of belonging) and camaraderie among team members.
