  • Reputation Institute: Find Out How Members Evaluated Us

    In September, members of the Group took part in a reputation survey conducted by the Reputation Institute. It included our professionals’ evaluation of the level of trust, esteem, admiration, and empathy for the Odebrecht brand.

    The result dropped slightly compared to the 2016 survey. We closed with 61.7 points, an evaluation considered average in a ranking that ranges from 0 to 100. In the infographics below, you can also observe how members evaluated the rational attributes of reputation, which considered aspects like Products and Services, Work Environment, and Governance and Ethics. The survey also reveals how the members of each Business and the Auxiliary Companies evaluated the Odebrecht brand.

    “This result allows us to establish strategies so we can move forward in those areas that most impact our reputation with members,” said Marcos Lessa, Marketing Director at Odebrecht S.A.
