The IIRSA Sur Concessionaire stood out in the 2025 Good Practices in Gender Equality and Inclusion Competition, promoted by Ositrán (Supervisory Agency for Investment in Public Transportation Infrastructure), reinforcing its role as an agent of social transformation in the infrastructure sector.
The company received two important distinctions:
Excellence in Equality Category – for the program “Family Integration and Health – Women Who Transform”, which has generated significant impact in reducing gender inequalities in the Cusco region.
Third place overall – thanks to the initiative “Inclusive Talent: Attraction and Equity”, aimed at promoting an inclusive and diverse work environment, with policies that ensure equal opportunities.
Among the main results of the Inclusive Talent program are:

A 25% increase in the participation of women in strategic positions over the past two years.

Training of employees on topics such as gender equity, inclusive leadership, and respect in the workplace.

Equality policies applied to 100% of recruitment processes.
