Get to know the new form of communication of Our Culture
At Novonor there is something consolidated that is part of our essence and is present in each one of us, Our Culture (Nossa Cultura). And it now has a new form of communication, which contemplates themes and concepts consistent with the new dynamics of the Businesses and the societies where we operate, with a more modern, fluid, and simple language.
The presentation of this new moment took place in an online seminar held on August 3rd, 2021, with the participation of more than 250 business leaders and young members of the six business areas of Novonor in Brazil, Angola, Dominican Republic, Peru and Panama.
The meeting reinforced the Purpose, Vision 2030, and Commitments in building the Group’s future and marked the starting point of the new form of communication of “Nossa Cultura”, a program that is carried out in the dissemination and daily practice by all of us. For support in this process, several communication materials were created and are available at the “Nossa Cultura” Portal, including the animation of Our Values:
Our Culture is already happening in OR
The new form of communication has already been incorporated into the OR, within the PA Cycle and the internal communication schedule, in alignment with the strategic pillars of the Business.
In a message to the members, the Business Leader, Eduardo Pedreira, reinforced the importance of communication allied to example: “Our Culture is strengthened by example every time our actions reinforce our Values, and this will allow us to achieve results and grow the Business”, he highlighted.
For Cristiane Giansante, RAE People, Planning and Communication at OR and member of the “Nossa Cultura” Committee, the dissemination strategy has been successful: “Insert the content in the Development Programs and in the interaction (verbal and written) with the members was perceived as organic and is engaging our teams even more,” he says.
Among other actions carried out OR presented the Values of Our Culture in announcements and face-to-face activities with the Financial, Fiscal and Controllership teams, and for construction foremen and their successors in the Monvert project, in Salvador, in addition to reinforcing them in other activities, always in alignment with the theme. The Value “We are diverse and inclusive” was addressed in two lives of the Business’ diversity and inclusion program and “We practice planned delegation” was the backdrop for the opening of the PA cycle. In meetings, the members reinforce their pride and contribute to the dissemination using the “Nossa Cultura” wallpaper.
Other actions are in the final production phase for the continuity of the program, such as 14 videos with testimonials from the members.
