Atvos is among the best companies in people management, according to research by the Valor Econômico newspaper

Atvos was recognized as the 4th best company in the category ‘7,001 to 17,000 employees’ at the Valor Carreiras 2019 award, held by the newspaper Valor Econômico. In the overall ranking, the Business ranks among the 35 best companies in people management in the country.

The study, conducted in partnership with Mercer, one of the world’s most renowned human resources consulting firms, is based on a rigorous sample that considers the number of employees, hierarchical levels, functions, workplaces and time on the job. At Atvos, 960 members who work in Goiás, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul and São Paulo participated. The aspects best evaluated by employees were the culture of integrity, organizational agility, responsible leadership, attractive careers and prosperous individuals.

Of the total number of members who participated in the survey, Atvos’ culture of integrity aspect was highlighted for 86%, with 80% believing in responsible leadership and, finally, 82% pointed to organizational agility as a positive characteristic of the company, which means a non-hierarchical policy, willing to listen more to the other operational levels and to think about solutions together with the team.
