A look back at our global Well-being activation across projects nationwide
DATE: 08/06/2026
In April, the month in which we celebrate World Health Day, a global activation of Mais: – Our Well-being Program was carried out. For one week, teams from Canal do Sertão, PPP Saúde, ViaSul, Prosub RBN, Prosub CBS, Bloco 40, Gaslub, Metrô Gávea, RNEST and the São Paulo office fully embraced the theme of Well-being, recognizing it not merely as a complement to work, but as a core element of daily routines, relationships and the organizational environment.
The initiative is connected to the 2026 cultural theme, #CultureThatTransforms, and reinforces Odebrecht’s commitment to valuing people as a central principle. The objective is to consolidate holistic well-being through actions based on the program’s four pillars (emotional health, physical health, financial health and work environment) as an ongoing practice throughout the year, encouraging team integration, the exchange of experiences and the strengthening of local initiatives focused on health, safety and quality of life.

Since 2024, the culture of care at Novonor and Odebrecht Brasil has been continuously strengthened. Throughout this journey, the Mais Program has guided practices, inspired local actions and supported initiatives aligned with the needs of each workplace. During this period, progress has been made through themed campaigns, races held at project sites, informational materials and the development of a Best Practices Guide based on experiences from construction sites, making it easier to implement actions across different realities.
All these initiatives reinforce Our Values and our belief that caring for people is an essential part of Our Culture, guiding the way we work and supporting the achievement of lasting results.
