The certification of the OR’s Quality Management System

At the end of March, OR successfully passed another ISO 9001 standard audit and Brazilian Habitat Quality and Productivity Program – PBQP-H – level A audit, referring to Quality Management. For the first time, the external audits were performed remotely, a solution implemented by companies to maintain the audit schedule during the Coronavirus pandemic. We use digital tools to audit production and warehouse processes, for staff interviews, and for submitting documents and evidence requested by the auditor.

At the end of the verifications, we have been recommended by the Bureau Veritas to keep our certification, which attests to the adhesion of our processes are adherent to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and PBQP-H:2018, again reinforcing commitment to quality of OR’s products and the satisfaction of our clients.
