Nossa Cultura Week engages OR team members through a range of initiatives

Throughout the week, several initiatives were carried out across our projects and offices, inviting team members to revisit our values, learn more about our history, and recognize attitudes that bring Our Culture to life in practice.

Check out some of the initiatives:

Nossa Cultura Journey: Through email and intranet communications, we revisited special videos from our archives covering topics such as TEO and Our Culture, our Values, memories of our founder, and the centennial of Norberto Odebrecht.

Founder’s Quotes: Our projects and offices displayed posters featuring reflections by Norberto Odebrecht, as well as the Values and Commitments contained in TEO, reinforcing the principles that guide our actions.

Agents of Transformation: This activity was held at the Ryt Paulista project, in Bela Vista, São Paulo, and at the Legacy project, in Caminho das Árvores, Salvador, providing moments of interaction and reflection among team members.

I See Our Culture in You!: In a special and more compact edition of Values in Action, an initiative that OR has carried out for several years, team members were invited to recognize colleagues who demonstrate the Values of Our Culture through their daily actions. More than 80 team members participated, recognizing their peers throughout the week.

During the program, we also reinforced the importance of completing the Culture E-learning Course, encouraging team members who had not yet completed the training to do so.

With this, we concluded another Nossa Cultura Week at OR, strengthening the understanding that our Culture transforms and remains alive through the choices, attitudes, and examples of each one of us, every day.
