Café com Líder promotes dialogue and connection at the Legacy construction site

On August 13, the Legacy construction site hosted another edition of Café com Líder, this time with the participation of Daniel Villar, President and CEO of Novonor. The event brought together 48 employees from different areas, including support, development and construction, as well as Daniel Sampaio, Bahia DS, and Eduardo Pedreira, OR LN.

In an open and relaxed atmosphere, participants had the opportunity to share experiences, ask questions and learn more about Daniel’s journey and perspective. The meeting reinforced the importance of close dialogue between leadership and teams, fostering connections and strengthening integration across different areas of OR.

More than just a coffee gathering, the event was an opportunity to strengthen our culture, exchange ideas, hear different perspectives and build closer relationships in our daily work.
