On November 25, the Learning area of Odebrecht Engineering & Construction’s HR department and PPP Saúde BH’s Project Manager, Igor Henrique Jorge Nunes, wrapped up the 2025 Intern Development Program with a fireside chat. During this moment, each intern delivered a development presentation, sharing what they learned and the connections they identified with the company’s Culture throughout the year.

In total, 18 new team members—nine women and nine men—participated in four discussion rounds during the program. Each meeting focused on a specific theme: Opening and Welcome, Self-Knowledge, Our Culture and You, and Professional Development.

For Ana Flavia Salice Pereira, the project organizer, this immersion in the company’s Culture is essential for building the careers of new team members within the construction company. “It was a very interesting process to witness the interns’ development. Throughout the year, they were able to deepen their self-awareness, learn more about our culture, and discover the competencies needed to perform, whether in corporate roles or on-site. Dr. Norberto always valued the entry of young people through internships; we need to monitor, support, and develop the future of the organization,” said Ana.
