At the end of May, the first three stages of Jovens On Board – Odebrecht were concluded. The program, now in its fourth edition, has already included an initial integration, the first module with 20 hours of content, and a self-knowledge workshop.

The current class consists of 36 “jobbers” with diverse and complementary profiles, representing different nationalities, backgrounds, and experiences. Trainees or Junior Analysts/Engineers with the potential to assume leadership or specialization positions undergo an immersion in Odebrecht’s culture, business, and corporate tasks, focusing on training future leaders aligned with the company’s values and purpose.

“Each year, this program brings together young members, eliminates distances, and allows Angolans and Brazilians to sit around the campfire to learn from Knowledgeable People,” explained Ana Flavia Salice, responsible for coordinating Young On Board. By the end of the year, the jobbers will have two new modules, in addition to delivering a final project related to the content covered in the program.

See below the participants’ feedback when asked what they liked most about this module:

“All the content and topics covered were sensational in all aspects, very rich in information. And I really liked the dynamics, it was very important and very cool to participate.”

“The passion with which each instructor conveyed their topic.”

“I liked everything! The JOB experience is being very incredible. I appreciate the dedication and preparation. I would like to highlight the appreciation of Odebrecht’s culture by all the instructors and coordination, and its importance for the success of the projects and future entrepreneurs.”

“The dedication of all the instructors to make themselves understood and their availability to answer all questions.”

“It’s hard to highlight just one thing. The topics were very good, the speakers were very didactic and explained the content very well, and the class was very participative, which added a lot to the content.”
