On March 13 and 20, the  SENAI held two meetings as part of a program to create and validate courses in the construction industry. During the meetings, the curricula and methodologies of the “Road Technician”, “Sanitation Technician”, “Construction Designer” and “Building Technician Designer” courses were validated. The aim of the event was to find the best market references for formatting the courses offered by the organization, based on the skills required in the construction industry.

Cristiano Oliveira, from OEC’s Engineering department, who had already participated in the organization’s previous meetings last year, in October, attended both events. According to him, the opportunity is extremely important for the OEC, as it strengthens the partnership with educational institutions. “We now have an effective role in the production chain by supporting the validation of the professional profiles that SENAI seeks to develop and make available to the construction market. In addition, we have become supporters of education initiatives that have a positive impact on the professionalization of construction workers, developing the sector and positively impacting the economy,” he says.
