OEC at the Angola RecruitCON Conference

On June 23rd, OEC participated in Angola’s largest recruitment event, the “Elite Recruitment Angola 2023 – Recruitment & Continuing Education Forum.” This annual gathering brings together Human Resources executives from the industry, government representatives, and members of civil society to discuss a variety of topics, including digitalization of companies, remote and flexible work culture, among others.

On the occasion, the OEC was represented by OEC Africa’s Director of People and Finance, Danilo Trinchão, and OEC Director of People and Planning, Ludmila Lavigne. Danilo participated in a debate on “Case studies in Capacity Building.” His contribution allowed us to share practical examples and relevant experiences about professional training.

Ludmila delivered an inspiring intervention on “Women Empowerment.” Her participation highlighted the importance of strengthening the role of women in the workplace by promoting gender equality.
