OR starts Terra Dourada Parque Camaçari construction works

January marked the beginning of OR’s development launched last year, Terra Dourada Parque Camaçari. Strictly following the construction schedule, lot condominium, located in Bairro Novo, fosters the neighborhood’s development and boosts the generation of new services, transportation, and other positive impacts for the real estate market, widely growing in the city.

With a General Sales Value (GSV) of R$ 27 million, the construction of the condominium is expected to generate about 90 jobs, in addition to moving the entire production chain of civil construction, especially in Camaçari, and region.

OR is very proud of the sales of the first phase of Terra Dourada Parque Camaçari since 100% of the units were sold in only 20 days. The second phase of the condominium, launched in the last months of last year, still has units available, but 70% have already been sold.
