Ocyan held its first innovation week, INNovation Week

On November 16 to 19, Ocyan held its first innovation week, INNovation Week. The event, which took place in a hybrid fashion, sought to celebrate the theme and inspire the members to apply innovation in their daily lives. The panels were held online with the presence of major players in the market, including ELO Group and Liga Ventures, which brought themes such as innovation culture, futurism, startup ecosystem, and data management. In addition to the lectures, the event had a virtual “round table” panel, with the participation of representatives from Equinor and Petrobras, where best practices and innovation challenges in the industry were discussed. A group of members also had the opportunity to participate in two courses, on Problem Solving and on Agile Methodologies, both held by the Conquer school.

“We took advantage of this return to the offices in Rio and Macaé to also bring an exhibition with some of the innovative projects already running at Ocyan, in addition to recognizing the members who participate and have participated actively in Ocyan Waves teams, our open innovation program,” explains Patrícia Grabowsky, Innovation Manager.
