1st OR Diversity and Inclusion Census

In September OR held the 1st Diversity and Inclusion Census. Participation was mandatory, however, in all self-declaration questions there was “Don’t want to inform” as an answer option.
The purpose of the survey was to gather information to understand the company’s diversity demographics and thus promote inclusion strategies in the workplace.
In this Census we were able to learn more about the profile of the members by means of self-declared answers to questions. We assured to all participants research confidentiality as specified in the General Data Protection Act – LGPD.
Self-declarable attributes
The members answered questions related to: professional profile, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, color or race, religion. We emphasize that their answers are confidential.
