    We have been made aware of scams related to the offering of false job vacancies being carried out in the name of OEC and Novonor. In light of this, we would like to highlight some guidelines so that everyone is aware and can help prevent such occurrences:

    -Our external recruitment processes are announced and conducted through official channels: institutional websites, official social media profiles, and well-recognized, specialized recruitment sites such as LinkedIn and Vagas.com;

    -The opportunities offered will never require any kind of financial contribution from the candidates;

    -Remuneration is usually informed in advanced stages of the recruitment process.  Any amount given in the initial contact, or in public, could be a sign of a scam;

    -Contact with selected candidates will always be made via a corporate e-mail address, with the domains “@oec-eng.com”, “@tenenge.com” or “@novonor.com”.

    We are working in conjunction with our Legal department to take appropriate legal actions in relation to these scams, as well as reinforcing these recommendations on all the official communication channels of our companies.

    Check out the video we have prepared and help to transmit these messages, in order to prevent people from being harmed.

    If you know of any occurrence or have any doubts, please contact peo@oec-eng.com.
