Vexty elections 2023: Meet the elected board members

The election process to choose the board members, by the Participants and Assisted Members, for the new mandate of Vexty’s Boards began at the end of July. Vacancies were opened for 2 full members of the Board of Directors and 1 full member of the Audit Board, both for the 2023 – 2026 term.

The final list of candidates was published on August 31, with a total of 9 candidates, 7 for the Board of Directors and 2 for Vexty’s Supervisory Board.

The voting process was entirely online and took place between September 1 and 6 in a secure manner, monitored by an independent external consultancy, which verified legal compliance.
