Rio Oil and Gas took place at the Olympic Boulevard in Rio de Janeiro, between September 26 and 29.
Braskem
Braskem presented solutions for the fuel market at a booth with a technical team presenting products, a panel of the Braskem 360th metaverse, and a lecture on digital transformation.
“Our goal at Rio Oil & Gas is to reinforce our position as a provider of products and solutions for the market, and to participate in important sector discussions,” explains Cirilo Vieira, Braskem’s Fuels Director. “We also want to get closer to our customers and partners to explore possibilities for new business and joint developments, reinforcing the performance of the technical area,” says Tadeu Demboski, responsible for Application Engineering and Technical Sales of Fuels at Braskem.
At the Braskem booth, there was a panel with the Braskem 360° platform, a virtual reality environment that aims to reinforce the company’s identity and innovate in the way it communicates its projects, investments, products, and sustainability-related actions. Also, on the second day of the event (27), At 2:10 pm, a lecture was given by Guilherme Baeta, Chief Digital Officer of the company. Entitled Digital beyond the hype: how to ensure your digital transformation journey attacks the right problems in a sustained manner, the talk addressed Braskem’s challenge of adapting quickly to change as a competitive advantage, investing in innovation and digital business transformation, and applying cutting-edge digital technologies to evolve the way the company operates, building internal capabilities for the future, and preparing members to work in new ways.
Tenenge and Enseada
Tenenge was present in yet another edition of the event to present the differentials of its portfolio aimed at the industrial market.
Throughout its history, the company has built 18 thermoelectric power plants responsible for generating more than 6,000 MW of power for all of Brazil, 16 chemical and petrochemical plants, nine paper and cellulose plants, more than 5,000 kilometers of gas pipelines, as well as maritime works, offshore platforms and services, and bioenergy plants. The company has a proprietary technology for planning and executing projects, the SGP (Project Management System), comprised of several tools developed in-house over the course of more than 2,000 projects.
In its booth located in the IBP Warehouse, no. L15, the company presented its recognized technical capacity and excellence in environmental management and work safety in the execution of industrial projects in the oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical, paper and cellulose, and power sectors, whose complex projects require high specialization to ensure predictability and efficiency. The space also had a part dedicated to the Enseada complex, which acts as a hub of solutions in naval, industrial, and logistic-port activities.
“We have a broad portfolio of solutions for this market, with the differentials of innovation, robustness, efficiency and all the expertise that Tenenge has accumulated over 67 years of history, contributing to strategic projects for the growth of Brazil,” says Mauricio Almeida, Industrial Plants Officer at Tenenge.
Learning – One of the pieces of equipment that Tenenge took to the event is the simulator of a hydraulic excavator (Volvo EC210B). The equipment, used to speed up the learning process at the construction sites, has helped in performing the relevant tasks safely and economically, and will be used in the works on stretch 5 of the Sertão Canal, in Alagoas.
Throughout the fair there was specialized technical assistance from the teams and the participation of Tenenge and Enseada in the Business Round of the National Organization of the Petroleum Industry (ONIP). On September 27 (Tuesday), the Tenenge and Enseada officers offered a cocktail reception to the guests from 5 pm to 8 pm.
Ocyan
Ocyan prepared a stand to bring innovation, debate diversity and technology. In the space, they presented solutions developed in partnership with technology companies and startups and marketed by Ocyan. Horiens
Rafael Souza, Horiens’ risks and insurance officer, represented the company in a lecture on “Risks Management and Insurance Programs for Offshore Wind Power Projects” on September 26, during the event.
