Ready for the challenges of the future

The theme of the Odebrecht Annual Report 2018 was the inspiration of a video that shows how the Odebrecht Group is ready for the challenges of the future.

The determination of more than 47,000 team members is the force that drives Odebrecht forward. United under a single culture based on the Odebrecht Entrepreneurial Technology (TEO), team members from the various Businesses of the Odebrecht Group continue to create value guided by our aspiration to help build a better world.

In partnership with Studio 750 and Keenwork, we produced a video to reinforce the messages in the Odebrecht Annual Report 2018, which has just been published. The video invites everyone to reflect on what kind of future we want and shows how the Odebrecht Group is ready for the challenges of tomorrow. Given our belief that the future depends on inspiring and mobilizing each and every team member, we invited ten people from all the different Businesses to participate in the video.
