QualiRun, the running and walking group of the ViaSul Construction Consortium, takes part in the 6th Ston Run in Soledade
DATE: 04/06/2026
On March 29, QualiRun, the running and walking group promoted by the ViaSul Construction Consortium (CCVS), took part in its first official race, the 6th Ston Run – Rustic Race of Precious Stones, held in celebration of the 151st anniversary of Soledade, one of the municipalities benefited by the duplication of Highway BR-386.
Throughout the month of March, QualiRun reinforced Odebrecht’s commitment to promoting initiatives focused on health, well-being, and quality of life among its members. In preparation for race day, four training sessions were held at Rui Ortiz Park and in downtown Soledade, bringing together around 30 participants in moments of integration and care for both body and mind.
The meetings were supported by a professional specialized in running and by Claudia Mello, a nutritionist, enhancing the quality of the guidance provided. The program also included structured physical training, personalized workout plans, and practical video-based guidance led by Arthur Quevedo, a Physical Education professional. This comprehensive structure allowed several participants to improve technically, incorporate running into their daily routines, and reach a new level in their sporting practice.
From a nutritional perspective, both group and individual guidance sessions were offered, as well as a light and healthy breakfast at every meeting, reinforcing the importance of balanced nutrition for physical performance and overall health.
The Administrative and Financial Coordinator, Francisco Cordeiro, highlighted the relevance of the initiative. “QualiRun demonstrates that caring for people goes far beyond the workplace. Seeing our employees dedicated to their health, improving technically, supporting one another, and representing CCVS in an official competition is a great source of pride. This initiative reinforces our commitment to a more human, welcoming, and sustainable work environment.”
Isaias Gonzaga, a member of the administrative department and one of the participants in the ViaSul Construction Consortium’s running group, also emphasized the positive impact of the program. “QualiRun has been an incredible experience for all of us. Each meeting shows how the initiative strengthens unity, discipline, and health care. Seeing colleagues overcome challenges, build bonds, and proudly represent CCVS motivates us to keep moving forward. It is a transformative action that clearly demonstrates the value the company places on people. I am happy with my progress.”
QualiRun will continue with monthly meetings and with the promotion of health and well-being, guided by the message that inspires the group: “because together it feels lighter.”
