Our Integrated Services (NSI)

A new network of solutions is coming to promote more operational efficiency, agility, and gains in scale for all companies involved with Integra.

The development of the new model has been advancing every day, especially in the diagnosis of the current structure and benchmarking with other companies. Last Friday, July 15, members of the Group involved with Integra attended in a virtual meeting with more than 50 people to learn more about Accenture’s Delivery Center, located in Nova Lima (MG).

The teams from Accenture consulting company, which helps Integra Project conducting, presented the site’s structure. The event also featured real cases and current issues such as business transformation, automation, and artificial intelligence.

“It was an opportunity for us to deepen our knowledge on solution networks and how services can be integrated with the support of digital technologies, always based on strategic governance,” says Ricardo Vieira, who conducts the Integra Project.
