OR wins Top of Mind Salvador 2026 Award for the 12th time
DATE: 03/05/2026
This week, OR won the Top of Mind Salvador 2026 Award in the High-End Real Estate Construction Company category. This is the 12th time the company has received the recognition and its third consecutive win in the category. The award ceremony will take place in May, with the exact date yet to be confirmed.
Now in its 31st edition, Top of Mind Salvador is the largest brand award in Bahia, based on consumer recall research. The award identifies the most remembered brands across 50 product and service segments, highlighting those that have established a strong presence in the public’s memory.
For OR’s National Leader (LN), Eduardo Pedreira, the recognition reinforces the company’s historic relationship with the capital of Bahia. “Salvador is the heart of OR. Our landmark projects reflect our commitment to developing the city where we were born. This recognition strengthens our commitment to quality and to the clients who trust OR as an investment opportunity,” says Pedreira.
OR’s Managing Director in Bahia, Daniel Sampaio, highlights that the award reaffirms the company’s connection with the city. “This award reflects the strong relationship we have built with Salvador over the years. The population recognizes our commitment to generating jobs, developing talent, and contributing to sustainable urban development,” comments Daniel.
Among the company’s highlighted projects in the Bahian capital is Legacy, currently under construction in the Caminho das Árvores neighborhood. The development marks OR’s return to the neighborhood that the company helped plan and develop in the 1970s and will feature four-suite apartments and the tallest residential tower in Bahia, with 54 floors and over 180 meters in height.
OR also stands out for its ESG practices. With Monvert, located in Horto Florestal, the company achieved the EDGE Advanced sustainability certification, becoming the first residential development in Brazil to receive this certification. The project also received the Gold-level IPTU Verde certification from the City of Salvador, reinforcing the company’s commitment to more sustainable cities and to valuing the communities where it operates.
