OR wins Top of Mind 2024 in the High-End Property Developer category

With high-luxury vertical projects, land developments, holiday destinations, and affordable residential and commercial housing that combine sustainable, innovative, and technological attributes, OR is the most remembered company by the people of Bahia in the 29th edition of Top of Mind, in the High-End Property Developer category. The award ceremony took place yesterday, on May 23, at the Auditorium of the Mater Dei Medical Center (Rio Vermelho), with the presence of Daniel Sampaio, the superintendent director of OR in Bahia, and his direct leaders.

According to Daniel, the award reveals, in addition to the attributes that meet the level of demand of its audience, the strong emotional relationship that the company has created with the people of Salvador since it was founded. ‘The brand has a special place in the hearts of Bahians for strengthening the role of engineering in our state and for the professionals inspired by the teachings of the business leader Norberto Odebrecht [1920-2014], founder of the company,’ he highlights. According to him, the population recognizes that the company forms talents and entrepreneurs in various areas and brings a very important generation of jobs and income for our state.

Eduardo Pedreira, LN of OR, emphasizes that the heart of OR is in Salvador, and this has led to emblematic projects that have become architectural landmarks by changing the urban context being launched in the Bahian capital with great affection, even as a social obligation to develop the place where the company was born. ‘All this recognition reaffirms OR’s commitment to the constructive quality of its developments and to the lasting relationship with its clients, who, in addition to achieving the conquest of their dream homes, also believe in the company as an investment opportunity,’ points out the executive.

In Salvador, OR continues to stand out through Monvert and Shopping Alameda Vert in Horto Florestal, and also Legacy, which is under construction in Caminho das Árvores and marks the company’s return to the neighborhood it planned and built in the 1970s. As a way to demonstrate its vision of progress and its vocation to create new vectors of development for Bahia, OR recently launched Terra Dourada Parque in Camaçari; and Reserva Sauípe in Mata de São João.

OR also stands out in the market for adhering to ESG practices, which include environmental, social, and governance concerns.
